Highest resolution Mpeg4 clip  56 megabytes  (Good for fast computers)
Medium resolution Mpeg1 clip  55 megabytes  (Good for older computers)

Right click on the above link (Mac users, 'command' click) and select 'Save Target As...' (Netscape, 'Save Link As...') then select an area on your harddrive to save the video clip where you will easily be able to find it later, a directory you've created specially for downloaded video clips or your desktop, for instance.
